Weekly Schedule


  1. Make a copy of this Blank Template (You will see both blank template and sample schedule in separate tabs)

  2. Fill in your current courses

  3. Fill in any other weekly commitments (work, student organizations, religious observations etc.)

  4. Add times you plan to study

  5. Add times to eat, sleep and handle other personal matters

  6. Add time for social activities

  7. Color Coded each of different activities (Examples: Green for classes, Red for free time, Salmon for work, Orange for study, Teal for Meal times and Yellow for wake up)

Success Tips

  • Keep a daily to do list
  • Post your schedule somewhere visible
  • Keep another copy of your schedule with you
