Late Orientation Survey

You have been admitted to Letters and Sciences because you either listed no preferred major on your application or because you applied for a Limited-Enrollment Program (LEP) such as business or engineering, and have not yet met the qualifications for that program. We need you to complete the Exploring Academic Interest form. The information you provide on this form will give our advisors an idea of your goals, interests, and possible majors, making your orientation much more productive and rewarding. In addition, many of our students who enter Letters and Sciences are interested in one of the Limited Enrollment Programs (LEP) on campus. If you are interested in any of the LEP programs listed below, go to the Limited Enrollment Programs website to find out more information about the application requirements. Your advisor at orientation will discuss these further with you.

Please take the time to read through and respond to this questionnaire thoughtfully.
